I had the most wonderful experience when dealing with Alex at "i Repair". I had fallen & broken the screen on a friend's phone & they repaired it right away. Very cheerful & efficient service & I am extremely grateful.
Lovely local woman runs this cafe and is such a great energy, and full of sunshine. Great coffee, paninis, games to play, beautiful courtyard. The perfect place to sit and work for the day or to just grab lunch to go. Best reasonably priced, healthy food in St George!

From the moment i stepped into Harry's at the Waterfront, I knew i was in for a special evening. The ambiance of the restaurant, with its stunning waterfront views, set the perfect backdrop for what turned out to be an unforgettable dining experience in Bermuda.
My hostess, Azia, was the highlight of the night. She was not only attentive and professional but also had an infectious enthusiasm that made the experience even more enjoyable. Azia introduced me to a variety of margaritas, each one uniquely crafted and bursting with flavor. Her knowledge of the drink menu was impressive, and her recommendations were spot on, adding a fun and spirited twist to the evening.
It was Azia's delightful service and her ability to introduce me to the world of margaritas that truly made the visit memorable.
While the restaurant itself deserves praise for its cuisine, ambiance, and location, it was the personal touch and the warm hospitality provided by Azia that elevated our experience.
I can't wait to return to Harry's at the Waterfront on our next trip to Bermuda and would highly recommend this gem to anyone looking for an outstanding dining experience with a view. A big thank you to Azia and the rest of the team for making my evening so special!
Under new ownership and the food is simply amazing! Incredibly good local food cooked by a Michelin star chef Sudesh and Ronita. Anything you eat is great! Had a kale salad with lentil balls, local fried fish, truffle fries to die for and home made pastries: lemon, coconut custard and apple tarts. This is a great place for breakfast or lunch before or after you visit the caves. It's a must do!
I have always found Orchid Nail Spa to be very professional and the staff friendly.
I do have a great concern about your non-Bermudian speaking staff speaking in their native tongue to each other around customers.
I strongly feel that as an English speaking person in this English speaking country, quite offensive. This is one let down for me. Maybe I am too sensitive!
It is acceptable to hear foreign language s from customers in restaurants and other public places.

A pkg was to be delivered Monday (last week) but because i was not home, i left a note asking if it could be delivered on the Friday (when I knew I would be off all day). They returned and collected the note BUT did not leave me any indication to advise me to collect from their office! When I called to ask where or when to expect the package I was only then told I would have to collect it from their office. The agent on the phone was audibly getting irritated with me. As if I had done some thing wrong.
As someone with mobility issues getting to their new location in Mills Creek is beyond a challenge for me, and buses do not run along that road!

I recently had the pleasure of dining at the Village Pantry in Bermuda and must say, it was a delightful experience. Nestled in a charming location, the ambiance of the restaurant immediately sets a welcoming tone, making it a perfect spot for both casual lunches and romantic dinners.
The menu offers a wide variety of options, but the dish that stood out the most was their Beef Spaghetti. The pasta was cooked to perfection - al dente, just how I like it - and the beef was tender, flavorful, and well-seasoned. The sauce, rich and hearty, complemented the beef and pasta beautifully, creating a symphony of flavors in every bite. It's a dish that showcases the chef's attention to detail and understanding of Italian cuisine.

I cannot express the level of excitement I feel when dining here! As a reoccurring visitor, this IS one of my musts when traveling to Bermi- and for my 1st time during the winter season- the lobster was amazing!
