I had the most wonderful experience when dealing with Alex at "i Repair". I had fallen & broken the screen on a friend's phone & they repaired it right away. Very cheerful & efficient service & I am extremely grateful.

IRepair are the best - not only are the staff super knowledgeable, but they're really friendly too and very patient with elderly/non-tech savvy clients. Shout out to Cedric, Alex and Jocelyn for all their help getting my laptop fixed in a very short turnaround.

I had come to Bermuda to spend time with my family when my Macbook Pro just couldn't power on. I made the mistake to go to this CPR. These people not only damaged the back plate of my computer, it was missing two screws. I left a review very much like this, however I'm reposting because I don't want people to experience what I experience costing me a 3,000 dollars damage. When I arrived in Vancouver I decided to go to the Apple store, and they were in disbelief not just by the force back plate, but the fact there were parts missing. The owner of CPR
called me. Sharing all his sad stories about his poor life. I removed the review, however the guy is a con artists. I removed the post feeling sorry for this guy after he called me. I'm back on the Island and want to warn people NEVER take your Apple product to this place. I would tell people to stay away from this place altogether. This place has a lot of good reviews, thanks to the fact he doesn't have much competition. My computer was just was in a perfect condition and just wouldn't boot. Apple decided it would be a waste of money to fix it. Do, if your ever in Bermuda avoid this play like the pits of hell.

Good service but all there phones Refurbished phones don't work 100%. I have been back to many times. You pay a lot of money and get some of your stuff back. I think it's best just to get a new phone.

I can not thank them enough! I am traveling here from NYC by myself, and for no reason, my Samsung21 screen just went black. I had no phone access, and could not contcat relatives, log into my bank acct, access emails, nothing. I went first thing in the morning to CPR and within 90 mins they had it repaired and ready for me to take. Extremely friendly staff, and fantastic service. Best outcome I could have hoped for!
