7Lovely local woman runs this cafe and is such a great energy, and full of sunshine. Great coffee, paninis, games to play, beautiful courtyard. The perfect place to sit and work for the day or to just grab lunch to go. Best reasonably priced, healthy food in St George!
BE AWARE. My wife and I visited this Cafe and ordered two paninis and a coffee just to be surprised with 10 dollars overcharge. When asked to explain the breakdown of the receipt, she mentioned all the extras hidden fees that were not mentioned at the time of the order including pesto sauce ($2), de-cafe ($2) etc. Not to mention 17% gratuity for eating in when everything was a self-serve. Despite the decos and letterings in the cafe about kindness and love, they were non-existent in this cafe. Would not recommend.
First visit to Frequency Cafe, but won’t be my last. Owner, Rolisa is so lovely (she is Bermuda hospitality at its best). Panini made to order. Service was quick. Atmosphere delightful. Food excellent! Thank you Rolisa ; meeting you today was the highlight of my day
Frequency was the first cafes we made sure to return to on our second Bermuda vacation. Great, friendly owner (who wasn't there on this visit) and servers, mouth-watering paninis (including for veg-heads like me), and great iced coffee. Now that I'm home, I'm wishing for that lunch! We can't wait to return next year.
Delicious sandwiches & great service! I had an amazing veggie panini with sundried tomatoes and so much yumminess packed in, and my friend loved his ham & cheese. I will definitely come back, it's so wonderful to have a good option for a vegan lunch in St George's!
What a sweet treat! Truly a gift to visit Frequency Cafe. A real community atmosphere with beautiful decor and kind company! It was wonderful to meet Ro and exchange stories. Be sure to pick up one of the games and play. We tried Jabuka for the first time and enjoyed it over our delicious morning coffees.
