Harbourfront Restaurant

Lunch time empty tables with good view of Harbor. Purely for business purposes not a good spot for meetings. Not very accommodating to requests for wifi, only inside restaurant not outdoor and would allow inside in shorts in 87F. Asked to make exception because of a business call, and was refused.

It's a real hard rating. The main course and starter were good as usual. However the tiramisu was overloaded with coffee sauce that was horrible so I sent it back. I then tried for 25 minutes to catch a waiters eye to pay the check. After that amount of time I got up and went to pay at the host's desk. I asked to have the service charge removed which they purported to do and then brought me a check for the same amount. I am not sure if this was deliberate but I am temporarily visually impaired.

I then asked for the owner who complained that I was removing the service charge and that he had asked me how things were when he cleared my main course and I had at that time said "OK". Up to that point things were OK but then he took the slices of lime that I was still using for my sparkling water and I had not had the desert or the 25 minute wait for a check.

I asked for proof of cancellation of the credit card charge against my card which included the service charge I was told they could not give me a copy as the machine does not produce one. I have never had this happen before. I ended up leaving not signing anything but leaving my phone number and email so I am expecting a call for a charge once the cancellation shows on my account and that I shouldn't have a charge on my card for the meal tonight. I bet that that is not what happens either.

Pretty poor on a ridiculously minor and technical point. I would not have bothered if the owner Pier Angelo was not off the charts aggressive and unreasonable about me asking to have the service charge removed and that as the meal was OK to the end of the main course that was somehow a certain proof that the remainder would also be so.

The sign outside the restaurant entrance advertised a sushi happy hour that apparently they do not do anymore. A snooty host informed us that they were "quite packed" when the restaurant was clearly empty aside from one other tourist couple. Bad attitude and false advertising compelled us to leave immediately.

Food and drinks were delicious but the service was terrible. Apart from the 40 minute wait for one sushi roll and one maki roll, the waiter did not even know there was a sushi special on. Some training or preparation could make the experience better.

Food was incredible along with the view but the staff was unknowlegeable and very unfriendly.seemed like we were an imposition.

Highly overrated restaurant. Badly wants to be an Italian restaurant, but offers burgers, steaks and sushi. The sushi is subpar, what you would expect on an Island. The outside seating is really where you want to sit. Service really was a drag. Took forever to get our meals. Strict dress code typed on the all menus, yet several people wearing shorts, probably time for an update. This place can really be turned into a gem with some creativity and for the $$$ they charge this should be easy.

Nice view and some good dishes. Octopus appetizer was good but branzini fish was average - wasn't scaled properly either.

Overall was an okay experience but expected better given the price. Went to Mickey's the next day and it was much better.

Sushi was pretty good. Unfortunately the extensive outdoor waterfront dining area, which was empty, is very restricted and we could only experience the waterfront dining from the chilly interior.

The restaurant is large by Bermuda standards but nice and welcoming

We ordered two sushi dishes at the sushi bar. They were pretty good and well presented but not blow away in terms of fish or rice
We would love to return on a beautiful day and sip cocktails on the patio!

Outside dinning was great, obviously the weather helps. Service was quick and the portions were healthy.

Food is great, service is great, and waterside table views are lovely.centrally located, with easy / free parking.

Great time to visit Bermuda as not many other travelers there. Harbourfront has a wonderful outdoor harbor side seating. Had a variety of sushi that was delicious. Definitely recommend this restaurant.

Nice restaurant on the actual harbourfront and attached to the "Bermuda Underwater Exploration Institute". I had a Large Arugula Salad with Grilled Chicken. Nice amount of grilked chicken, and greens were Very fresh. The vinaigrette was light, but tasty.i had the salad dressing on the side. The restaurant has Sushi Chefs and an Expansive Sushi menu. They also have lots of sandwiches, as well as chicken, fish and steak entrees, etc. I also had a yummy "dark and stormy" (Bermuda's famous cocktail). Great views, and convenient.

Definitely on the upscale side. You won't want to show up here in your beach clothes. We walked through Hamilton and stopped in just for some drinks. The bartender was very nice and chatty. Had great Dark n' Stormy's, and the rest of the waitstaff was friendly.

Advertises a sushi happy hour every day, but the sushi and drink menu is incredibly limited during that time and you are required to sit inside instead of enjoying the amazing view. That being said, the prices were fair and the miso soup/sushi was delicious.

Very high quality food at Harbourfront sushi. Ordered the edamame to start which was on point. Ordered two different sushi rolls and a dish called the Shiro which was awesome.

Our evening at Harbourfront was spectacular. The service was attentive and helpful, the food was delicious, and each plate looked like a work of art! The moon was bright & beautiful & we were seated right next to the water. (weather permitting) Years ago, we had dinner at their old location on Front Street, and that was very nice, but this is a whole new level for The Harbourfront. I highly recommend it, and you won't be disappointed.

I cannot think of one negative thing to say. Definitely one of the best places to eat in Bermuda. Gorgeous views, spectacular food, and friendly waitstaff.

The Harbourfront is in a great location on the water, serving excellent food, served by the pro team of Ben and Judy. This was an exceptional dining experience.

The food and service were incredible, and even on a rainy night, the views were spectacular. I wish I had taken pictures of our meals. They were both delicious and beautifully presented.
