Orchid Nail Spa

I have always found Orchid Nail Spa to be very professional and the staff friendly.
I do have a great concern about your non-Bermudian speaking staff speaking in their native tongue to each other around customers.
I strongly feel that as an English speaking person in this English speaking country, quite offensive. This is one let down for me. Maybe I am too sensitive!
It is acceptable to hear foreign language s from customers in restaurants and other public places.

One of your best nail technicians! Fatima is careful, pays attention to details and does an excellent job with my manicure and pedicure. She is consistent and I always have confidence that she will do an excellent job at a high standard.

The experience wasnt too bad, but I'm not happy that my polish is peeling off and my nails was filed thin on the side so my nails are hitching in everything as my natural nails is wider then the acrylic layer. The shaping could be better as well.
Not overly impressed for paying $75

My experience with Carlyn was very good. I always enjoy my treatments whenever I come.
However, I was very surprised to see a young foreign little girl (Phillipino/Asian like the rest of the staff) collecting the dirty towels and doing a few others things at the spa. No offense, but I am pretty sure there were plenty of young local girls who could've very well been doing the same thing at the spa if given the opportunity.

The great service started from the moment of enterIng this business. Professionalism, and Excellent service. I HIGHLY Recommend.

Jodi is pleasant, attentive, and leaves me amazed with how perfect my feet and nails are everytime.

I was very happy with my manicure/gel polish and the number of colour options available. Staff are efficient and friendly. Might even treat myself to a pedicure with polish next time.

They have amazing customer service and my pedicure experience with Jodi was stellar I would recommend coming to orchid to anybody!

Orchid was able to squeeze me in at the last minute for an appointment on a Sunday - and I’m so glad they did! My pedicure was with Elvira (Evi) did an amazing job! I had been running a lot and had issues with losing toenails - the front desk explained to me my options for ensuring the mail grows back successfully, which I really appreciated. Evi took special care to ensure I didn’t have any pain when treating my toe. She also gave me an amazing massage which targeted pressure points that would be sore from my running. I would definitely recommend Orchid and plan to return. Thanks Elvira! Added bonus: they accept tip on credit card.
